You are eligible for free consumable care supplies if you meet the following criteria:
- You have a care grade (1-5).
- You live at home, in a shared apartment, or in an assisted living facility.
- You are (partially or entirely) cared for by a private individual. This could be a family member, neighbor, or acquaintance.
- The long-term care insurance covers the costs up to 40 € per month for your needs-based supply of consumable care supplies. Additionally, you receive your delivery free of charge every month.
- We will apply for your desired care supplies from your health or long-term care insurance. As soon as we receive approval for your application, we will promptly ship your individual BluBox. The processing by the insurance companies takes on average about one week.
- No, a monthly reorder of the BluBox is not necessary. As long as your approval from the health or long-term care insurance is valid, the BluBox will be automatically delivered at the beginning of each month to your desired address. There is no contractual obligation, and the BluBox can be canceled or adjusted at any time.
- You will receive your desired care supplies in a neutral packaging. Delivery will be made after approval and then monthly via DHL to your desired address. Your address, delivery date, and the contents of your BluBox can be adjusted at any time.
